We started the Keto diet 5 weeks ago, my husband has lost 28 lbs so far, and I’m feeling great! So that triggered the thought, why not share with you one of my low carb easy recipes. I call it my easy Chicken Parmesan Pizza. It’s a hit with my family! And I’m sure it will be with yours as well.
The kids love it, but have no idea what they are eating is good for them – they only know it’s pizza and they ask for it. Another good thing and even better bonus – it’s a low carb pizza crust and uses a homemade low carb pizza sauce!
It no longer has to be a downer to enjoy pizza on the Keto diet.
This delicious low carb, high protein alternative will not break your diet.
The food in the keto diet plan is so easy to fix I don’t even want to call it a diet. We are trying to increase fat – total opposite of what we have been taught all our lives.
To learn about Keto, I signed up and took the course – Keto Jumpstart: Fueled By Fat, Driven By Desire at Let’s Truck University. The course is written by Kevin Rutherford, NTP – $29 well spent.
**Oh yea, before we begin, don’t judge me by my food images – they are not intended for competition, they are intended to be eaten. I’m sure this easy Chicken Parmesan Pizza recipe inspires you to make it for your family. **
What is a Real Good Pizza Crust Made Of?

And this keto friendly pizza recipe is a good recipe since it is delicious and has a no carb pizza crust.
So here is how to make a really good pizza your family will love!

My pizza is never round. It’s much easier for me to flatten it out in the shape of my cookie sheet. I’ve been thinking of getting this Wilton pizza pan, but just not sure I need it.
The pizza tastes delicious no matter its shape.
Extra TIP: When I make pizza, I have to make 2. So if you need to make 2 as well, do not mix the chicken. Prepare your Parmesan pizza crusts separately to keep the 1 pound for a single pizza crust.
This easy Chicken Parmesan Pizza recipe is easy to make and simple enough to have as a busy weeknight dinner. It will become a family favorite and you can feel good when serving it.
So are you excited? What extra topping will you be putting on your easy homemade pizza?

Regarding the “serving size” and “calories”,
can you be more specific? How many slices per pizza? How many of those slices per serving? Then how many calories per serving? I am not on Keto, but considering this for a friend who keeps track of total carbs and calories daily. He’s lost almost 40 pounds. His wife is frustrated about what to cook for him.
Hi Jan,
I’ve set the servings to 4 in the recipe. Of course, the slice sizes will vary, so it is not precise, but it will give you an idea.
Do you use ground chicken that’s a mix of dark and white meat, all white meat or dark meat?
Hi Anne,
Great question. I buy and use the Perdue Harvestland Ground Chicken – 1 lb packages. It is natural chicken with no hormones or steroids. The package does not say if all white or dark. Sorry I can’t be more specific.
Hope this helps,
Dianne
